Question & Answer:
- Q: Connect with the power supply, but the product can not work.
A: PLS make sure the AC adapter has been correctly connect with the product and the power plug. - Q: No display on the screen.
A: Maybe the display equipment is set as the TV output mode, PLS press "TV MODE" key to switch. - Q: No voice.
A: PLS check if the "MUTE" key is on. - Q: The image is not full screen display.
A: PLS make sure the display resolution can meet the resolution of the digital photo frame.
Basic Operation:
- A: When you insert only one memory card, the machine will play the photo's file automatically.
- B: When you insert two or more memory card, you can press "CARD-SELECT" key to choose one.
- C: The machine play the photo automatically in the status of default. If you want to enjoy the music or others. PLS use the "MUSIC", "MOVIE" or "FILE" key to change.
Safety & Maintain:
To make sure the long lifetime of the digital photo frame. PLS pay attention to following factors:
- 1. When you use this machine firstly, PLS read the manual carefully.
- 2. PLS pay attention to the warning and follow the instruction in hte manual.
- 3. PLS use hte AC adapter together with the machine,don't use any other adapter. Otherwise your digital frame will be damaged.
- 4. PLS avoid spraying the water on the machine. When you use it, PLS be far from the water.
- 5. Don't press the digital frame greatly, otherwise the product will be damaged. Also PLS put the digital frame on the flat and steady surface to void the damage.
- 6. All the opening hole or the slot is used for the ventilation. Don't block up all these hole to disperse the hot. Also don't put and store the product near to the heat object or the place full of dust. Otherwise the digital frame will become very hot and lead to danger.
- 7. PLS pay more attention and follow the power criterion in the bottom or back of the digital frame. If you are not sure the local voltage, PLS consult with the local dealer or your power supply company.
- 8. Don't trample or press the cable.
- 9. If you use the extension cable to supply the power to the digital frame. PLS make sure that the total Ampere of the total power consumption for all the electric equipment in one extension is not more than the max Ampere of extension or the plug on the wall stipulated.
- 10. Don't put any other thing but the right memory card into the slot of the machine. You should know there is a large danger when you put anything into the machine and touch the inverter inside the machine. Especially warn the child don't do like that.
- 11. LCD panel is easy to be destroyed,PLS don't press or bump it strongly.
- 12. Dno't touch the bottom of the digital frame for a long time to avoid the burning your skin. As the long-playing frame will get very hot.
- 13. Don't put the AC Adapter on the non-ovenproof surface when it is on the working status. It is normal that the AC Adater disperse the hot when it works.
- 14. Before clean the product, PLS cut off the power and pull out the plug firstly. Then use the soft and clear fabric to clean. PLS be careful that you can not use any kind of sprayer solvent or the other cleanser.
- 15. Before you move it, PLS make sure that you have cut off the power.
Special Notice:
Following steps will help you to use the digital photo frame correctlly
The input range of this AC Adapter is 110V ˜ 240V. So the adapter can suitable for the voltage of all countries. The power line of this AC adapter must connect the socket which was being earthed. Please following below points to use the AC adapter correctly.
- 1) Put the connecter of the AC adapter to connect the jack on the back side of the device, which mentioned DC+12V.
- 2) Connect the power socket with the AC adapter.
LCD Maintain:
LCD Panel is easy to be broken, PLS be careful to take care of it.
- 1. PLS use the soft gauze to wipe the surface of the LCD.
- 2. Don't put the finger or the speculate artical on the surface of the LCD, also don't spray any cleanser to the face of the LCD panel.
- 3. Don't put any article on the surface of the LCD, otherwise it is easy to be brokeb.
